What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Laborer position at Rowell Design Build LLC?
Position Summary
As a Construction Laborer, you’ll assist with a variety of residential construction tasks, including:
- General on-site labor and material handling
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
- Demo work (interior and exterior)
- Assisting with wood framing (under supervision)
- Assisting with interior remodeling and finish carpentry (under supervision)
- Loading/unloading materials and tools
- Dump runs and jobsite errands
- Following safety procedures and instructions from the lead carpenter or owner.
Qualifications
Construction experience preferred, but not required. Willingness to learn and take direction. Strong work ethic and reliability (showing up on time matters). Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors and indoors. Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Positive attitude and ability to work well in a small team.
