We’re looking for a motivated, energetic BDC Representative to join our team, connect with customers, and drive our sales pipeline!
What You’ll Do
As a BDC Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You won’t be doing high-pressure sales; instead, your primary goal is to turn inbound leads and inquiries into set appointments for our sales team.
- Handle Inbound Leads: Respond promptly to phone calls, internet inquiries, and live chats.
- Outbound Outreach: Follow up with potential buyers, previous customers, and unsold prospects via phone, email, and text.
- Schedule Appointments: Build rapport, answer basic inventory/pricing questions, and book confirmed appointments for sales representatives.
- Manage CRM Data: Keep detailed logs of customer interactions, follow-ups, and appointment statuses in our CRM system.
- Meet Monthly Goals: Track and hit key performance metrics for call volume, set appointments, and show rates.
What We’re Looking For

- Great Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone, email, text).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM software, phone systems, and basic computer programs.
- Goal-Oriented: Motivated by performance incentives and hitting personal targets.
- Experience: 1 years in call center, customer service, automotive BDC, or sales experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate!).
