Duties
- Greet guests and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and handling guest requests efficiently
- Operate multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette, directing calls accurately and courteously
- Maintain the store area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked to enhance guest experience
- Assist in administrative tasks such as reservations, billing, and record keeping to support smooth daily operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating strong guest relations skills
- Support hospitality management by coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles is highly desirable
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction in a resort or hotel environment
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and reservation systems
- Experience in night audit procedures or managing multi-line phone systems is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel or resort guest services, including guest relations and hospitality standards
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and professional interaction
