Duties

• Greet guests and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and handling guest requests efficiently
• Operate multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette, directing calls accurately and courteously
• Maintain the store area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked to enhance guest experience
• Assist in administrative tasks such as reservations, billing, and record keeping to support smooth daily operations
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating strong guest relations skills
• Support hospitality management by coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles is highly desirable
• Proven customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction in a resort or hotel environment
• Familiarity with front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and reservation systems
• Experience in night audit procedures or managing multi-line phone systems is a plus
• Knowledge of hotel or resort guest services, including guest relations and hospitality standards
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and professional interaction

Pay: $12.50 - $13.50 per hour
