Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Manage retail sales by processing cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems
- Enforce procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts professionally, and maintain a positive environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop area, including inventory management
- Support outdoor work activities such as setting up spaces or assisting with outdoor equipment
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales and customer service environments
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle guest concerns diplomatically
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work responsibilities
- Familiarity with safety protocols related to food service operations
