Supply Chain Analyst

This is an exciting contract opportunity to join a leading aerospace manufacturer supporting a major production programme. Whether you're a recent graduate or have some experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, logistics, or another related field, you'll gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced professionals, and build skills that can open doors across multiple areas of the business.

You'll become part of a collaborative purchasing team where you'll help keep production moving by working closely with suppliers, Buyers, and manufacturing teams to solve real-world challenges every day.

The Day-to-Day of a Graduate Supply Chain Analyst

• Partner with Buyers to manage supplier performance and material availability.
• Review supplier open order reports and update purchase orders.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve delivery issues and maintain production schedules.
• Support the resolution of supplier quality issues and process quality notifications.
• Coordinate the return of non-conforming material back to suppliers.
• Maintain accurate purchasing information within the ERP system.
• Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality and procurement teams to keep production on track.

What We're Looking For in the Graduate Supply Chain Analyst

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Mathematics, or another relevant discipline.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to learn quickly.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working with data and learning new systems.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, aerospace, administration, procurement, customer service or another fast-paced environment is beneficial but not essential.
• Recent graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are strongly encouraged to apply.
