Key Responsibilities of the SPC Coordinator
- Maintain statistical databases and evaluate process capability and equipment performance.
- Monitor manufacturing data, identify process variation, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and customer requirements.
- Train and support teams in SPC, statistical methods, problem-solving, and related software.
- Develop SPC methods and support Lean and Six Sigma improvement projects.
- Coordinate with production, quality, management, customers, and suppliers.
- Maintain records and prepare performance and project reports.
- Conduct MSA studies, including Gauge R&R, stability, accuracy, and calibration support.
Requirements for the SPC Coordinator
- Proficiency in SPC software and data collection systems.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Leadership, training, and mentoring ability.
