You'll become part of a collaborative purchasing team where you'll help keep production moving by working closely with suppliers, Buyers, and manufacturing teams to solve real-world challenges every day.

The Day-to-Day of a Material Control Specialist
- Partner with Buyers to manage supplier performance and material availability.
- Review supplier open order reports and update purchase orders.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve delivery issues and maintain production schedules.
- Support the resolution of supplier quality issues and process quality notifications.
- Coordinate the return of non-conforming material back to suppliers.
- Maintain accurate purchasing information within the ERP system.
- Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality and procurement teams to keep production on track.
What We're Looking For in the Material Control Specialist
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Mathematics, or another relevant discipline.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to learn quickly.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with data and learning new systems.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, aerospace, administration, procurement, customer service or another fast-paced environment is beneficial but not essential.
- Recent graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are strongly encouraged to apply.
