As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll be at the forefront of our recruiting efforts, supporting new and existing store locations across the country. You’ll manage job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Starting Pay:
$22–$25/hr based on experience

Overview
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for supporting the Recruiting Department and driving hiring success across the organization. This includes sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and facilitating onboarding logistics. The role also involves travel, vendor coordination, and cross-departmental communication.
Japanese bilingual skills are preferred.
Essential Duties
- Post jobs on platforms including ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Betterteam, Glassdoor, company homepage, and ADP
- Screen resumes and coordinate phone/in-person interviews
- Track interview and background check status
- Maintain knowledge of company structure, policies, and employment laws
- Prepare reports on hiring activity and progress
- Conduct wage research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate college outreach and job fair participation
- Prepare offer letters, welcome packets, and travel arrangements (flight, hotel, rental car)
- Negotiate hotel rates and manage rosters for store support staff
- Submit payment requests for trainees and travel expenses
- Audit and collect invoices for corporate credit card and Uber usage
- Lead team meetings and communicate hiring goals
- Maintain and update employee records
- Administer new hire and rehire processes
- Submit monthly progress reports
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication
- Travel for recruiting and onboarding (2–3 weeks per trip)
Additional Duties
- Provide English/Japanese translation and interpretation during interviews
- Support executive management with special projects
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
Qualifications
- 4-year college degree preferred
- 1–3 years of recruiting or HR experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Professional demeanor and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Japanese bilingual preferred
