Part-Time Bookkeeper – Golf Course
Rotonda Golf & Country Club is seeking an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team.
This position is approximately 20 hours per week and requires a detail-oriented individual with strong accounting and bookkeeping skills.
Responsibilities include:
- General bookkeeping
- Bank reconciliations
- Monthly financial reporting and P&L preparation
- QuickBooks data entry and account maintenance
- Excel spreadsheets and financial analysis
- Assisting with other accounting duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Experience preparing bank reconciliations and financial statements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Previous golf course, hospitality, or small business accounting experience is a plus but not required.
