What You’ll Do:
As a Golf Course Mechanic, you will play a vital role in ensuring our equipment operates at peak performance. Your responsibilities include:
- Reel Sharpening & Maintenance: Keep our mowers and cutting equipment in top condition to achieve a flawless course finish.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular check-ups and maintenance on a variety of equipment, including utility vehicles and specialized golf course machinery.
- Repairs & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair equipment issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Parts Management: Order and manage inventory of replacement parts and supplies.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed maintenance logs to ensure compliance and track equipment performance.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in small engine repair and maintenance.
- Reel Grinding Experience is a plus, but not required.

- Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for the game of golf and understanding of course maintenance standards (a plus!).
