ROTO-ROOTER, NEPA’s premier provider of plumbing and drain services for over 90 years, is hiring a PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/DISPATCHER in the Scranton area! If you are an excellent multi-tasker, and know how to treat a customer, let’s talk!
Part-Time
Pay: $17-$17.50 per hour (based on experience)
Essential functions of the position:
- Provide superior customer service through scheduling of residential and commercial service calls, communication and follow-up with customers
- Schedule/dispatch plumbing, drain cleaning jobs in an accurate, timely fashion
- Dispatch/communicate with technicians efficiently to maximize their productivity
- Coordinate and work closely with office staff
Qualifications:
- Dynamic, professional, and clear phone presence, customer service skills
- Ability to adapt, problem solve, prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency, clerical skills, attention to detail
**Dispatch experience and knowledge of NEPA, Binghamton area a plus!**
Expected hours: Average of 24 hours per week, weekend and evening availability required.
Office is open between 7am to 8pm daily and flexibility is preferred for coverage purposes.
