Proficient typing and multi-line phone skills are a must
Do you have a knack for providing top notch customer service? We're looking for an experienced Dispatcher and Office admin with solid phone skills who can multi-task in a family friendly, fast-paced environment.
The selected candidate will assist with administrative duties and help run daily operations. A dynamic phone presence is a must along with excellent accounting and problem solving skills.
Essential functions of the position include:
- Dispatch and scheduling service for 7-10 service technicians. Communicate efficiently to maximize their productivity and ensure customer experience is excellent.
- Experience with bill collecting along with computer software (Excel, Word, Windows 10, Microsoft Office).
- General office duties
