Base Salary: $30,000 Commission
Expected Total Compensation: $60,000-$85,000 Annually

We are seeking a Water Mitigation Field Supervisor to oversee water damage restoration projects from initial customer contact through project completion. Previous restoration, construction, plumbing, or mitigation experience is preferred. Plumbing knowledge is a strong plus, but we are willing to train the right individual with proven sales ability, leadership skills, and a strong customer-service mindset.

What You'll Do

Respond to water damage and mitigation opportunities throughout the service area

Meet with homeowners, property managers, and business owners to assess damages and recommend solutions

Build customer trust and guide clients through the mitigation and restoration process

Generate estimates and assist with project documentation

Coordinate mitigation crews, subcontractors, and project schedules

Monitor project progress, quality standards, and customer satisfaction

Develop referral relationships with plumbers, insurance professionals, property managers, and community partners

Identify additional service opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach

Ensure projects comply with company standards, safety requirements, and industry best practices

Support revenue growth through consultative sales and exceptional customer service
Qualifications

Previous sales experience required

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Leadership experience in field operations, construction, restoration, or service industries preferred

Water mitigation, restoration, construction, or plumbing experience preferred

Plumbing knowledge is a strong plus
