As a growing company, we are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team and contribute to growth and success for our branch.
Responsibilities:
Operational:
- Oversee daily branch operations including scheduling, dispatching, and service delivery.
- Implement and optimize processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure service quality meets company standards and customer expectations.
- Manage vendor, supplier, and subcontractor relationships.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Financial:
- Monitor branch budgets, costs, and revenue to achieve profitability targets.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
- Handle escalated financial decisions, such as billing issues, vendor contracts, and change orders.
Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and support field technicians and administrative staff.
- Develop team skills through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Foster a positive workplace culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and high morale.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to optimize branch performance.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience in addition to management experience within the home services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within residential or commercial plumbing, HVAC, or related home services (required).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with staff, vendors, and customers.
- Solid understanding of operational processes, best practices, and efficiency optimization.
- Proficiency with software systems for scheduling, inventory management, reporting, and tracking KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and sound decision-making capabilities.
- Knowledge of local plumbing, safety, and industry regulations and codes.
