Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field preferred; Associate's degree in a related field with significant experience may be considered.
- Experience:
- 35 years of experience in human resources, personnel management, or school/district operations preferred.
- Experience managing employee processes, records, or compliance systems required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including strong spreadsheet skills (data tracking, formulas, reporting), and demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to design efficient systems and improve workflow management.
- Experience with HR systems and timekeeping platforms (e.g., Kronos) preferred.
