Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression at all times
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls accurately
- Manage front desk activities including scheduling appointments, handling mail, and maintaining visitor logs
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, word processing, proofreading, and maintaining office records
- Support office management by organizing supplies, coordinating meetings, and assisting with administrative projects
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and courteously
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to promote a professional environment
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
