Front Desk Associate
Reports Directly to Club Manager
JOB OVERVIEW
As a Front Desk associate you are the Front Line of our Company . You are the first impression of our Facility which is why we seek friendly, professional, team oriented individuals who will be responsible for providing exceptional service to members, guests, visitors and staff, both in-person and over the phone.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Greet, direct, and acknowledge members, guest and staff as they enter and leave the facility
- Provide tours of the facility to prospective members and guests
- Learn how to read and respond to member account questions
- Make shakes upon member requests following recipes and health standards
- Answering the telephone in a friendly and professional manner
- Restock retail shelves, coolers, and merchandise racks
- General cleaning tasks including facility walk throughs, equipment sanitation and locker room checks
- Maintain the upkeep, safety, security and appearance of the front desk according to company standards
- Respond to member inquires, request, and concerns
- Update member accounts to ensure correct contact information and billing information
- Responsible for processing new gym memberships and selling all products and services
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
