CUSTOMER SERVICE/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Department: Sales and Administration
Position Summary:
Rotary Systems is looking for an individual with high energy and a can-do attitude to provide effective customer service using attention to detail to process customer orders and gain in-depth knowledge of our company processes by working with team members on projects and assisting with a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders and changes with extreme attention to detail
- Maintaining accuracy of customer data in our ERP system
- Accurately process credit card charges for customer orders
- Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls to appropriate departments
- Greet visitors and notify employees of their arrival
- Provide general administrative support across multiple departments as needed
- Perform a variety of clerical and data entry tasks including filing, scanning and organization
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage office, breakroom and cleaning supplies
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service experience
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ERP experience preferred, IQMS a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a secure and responsible manner
- Ability to multi task and work effectively in a team and independently
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
40 hours per week
Salary : $19 - $25
