Summary

Provides advanced, multifaceted support in a clinical setting, integrating direct patient care, medical documentation, and administrative coordination. Ensures seamless patient flow, accurate clinical documentation, and efficient patient throughput, acting as a key liaison between clinical staff, patients, and administrative teams.

Starting hourly rate is $21.61 which includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

License and Certification Requirements

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through AAMA or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) through AMT.

Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).

Education and Experience

  • Associate's degree in Medical Assisting or related field; or,
  • High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time direct patient experience.

Note

  • As a condition of continued employment, incumbents must obtain and maintain the certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) within six (6) months of their appointment to this title.
  • Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
