- Receive and put away incoming material
- Scan and deliver material to proper presses to ensure material is ready for production
- Refill and set up material at the presses during production runs
- Receive and put away pallets and manage pallet inventory and delivery schedules.
- Receive and put away boxes
- Cycle count Raw material inventory on an ongoing basis to ensure accuracy.
- Transfer finished product to the warehouse
- Collect and remove garbage from plant floor areas and deliver to dumpsters
- Communicate with company employees in a positive, team-oriented manner
- Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping and standards
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or materials handling roles.
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, OSHA safety standards, and construction or industrial environments is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
- Prior experience in warehouse supervision or management is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking and inventory control.
