- Perform removal and set up of molds, secondary and auxiliary equipment per set up documentation
- Ensure that material packaging and supporting equipment are in place and ready to complete the set up and start production
- Clean loaders, grinders, and hoppers along with other auxiliary equipment and area surrounding the press
- Load and unload material according to specifications
- Assure scrap issues are recorded and addressed and corrected in a timely manner
- Communicate with company employees in a positive, team-oriented manner
- Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping and standards
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate in English required

- High school diploma or equivalency, required
- 3 years’ experience as a Mold Setter preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent mechanical skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
