Facilities Maintenance|ALL SHIFTS

Rosina Food Products Inc. is seeking a dedicated Building and Grounds Maintenance Technician to ensure our facility and property remain in top condition. This role involves general maintenance, groundskeeping, and various repair tasks to maintain safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of building and grounds maintenance, including painting, flooring, drywall repairs, plumbing, and basic electrical work.
• Operate forklifts and work at heights as needed.
• Maintain HVAC systems and ensure proper facility heating and cooling.
• Use CMMS and other computer programs to track maintenance tasks and communicate with other departments.
• Conduct snow removal operations using snowplows, salt trucks, and loaders (requires a valid driver’s license).
• Perform landscaping duties and operate power tools for maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, USDA, GMP, HACCP, and company safety regulations.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and use small and large power tools.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of maintenance tracking systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work in various environmental conditions.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to wet/humid conditions, extreme temperatures, and moving mechanical parts.
• Loud noise levels and potential work in confined spaces.
• 2nd Shift -3pm-11:30pm 
• $21/hr $1.50 Shift Differential
