We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Control Supervisor to join our night shift team (5pm–5am) at our West Seneca facility. If you're ready to lead on the floor, drive food safety, and coach a strong team—we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:
-
Spend 70% of your time on the production floor leading QC Inspectors
-
Conduct GMP, ATP, allergen, and sanitation swab checks
-
Collaborate with Production, Sanitation, and Maintenance teams
-
Interact with USDA and regulatory personnel during audits
-
Review daily records in SafetyChain and Smartfood Safe
-
Manage training in Absorb and scheduling/timecards in UKG
-
Lead investigations for complaints or food safety deviations
-
Oversee environmental monitoring (APC, Zone 2/3 swabs)
-
Drive continuous improvement and coach for food safety culture
What You Bring:
-
High School Diploma or GED (required)
-
2–3 years’ experience in food manufacturing QC/QA or supervisory role

Strong understanding of HACCP, GMPs, USDA/FDA standards

Familiarity with SafetyChain, Smartfood Safe, UKG preferred

Solid leadership, coaching, and floor presence

Comfortable working in a cold, wet, fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to work in cold, loud, and humid environments
