Rosie’s is a fresh, feel-good café looking for a friendly, energetic Barista to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, creating great drinks, and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
● Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, coffee, and other beverages
● Take customer orders and confidently operate the register/POS system
● Provide friendly, personable customer service and create a welcoming experience
● Prepare light food items including bowls, sandwiches, salads, and other menu items
● Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café
● Follow food safety and sanitation standards
● Assist with opening and closing duties
● Keep up with cleaning throughout the shift
● Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and customer service
● Help wherever needed to support the Rosie’s team
We’re Looking For
● Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers
● Reliable, responsible, and hardworking
● Able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
● Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
● Comfortable learning and following recipes and procedures
● Previous barista, café, restaurant, or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required
● Morning and/or mid day availability is a plus
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
