- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including coffee machines, utensils, and serving areas.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing customer needs promptly.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance to ensure welcoming environment for customers.
- Handle cash register operations or POS systems accurately when required.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
