Warehouse Supervisor

Role: Warehouse Supervisor overseeing warehouse operations, staff management, and compliance.

Responsibilities: Directs workflow, trains and monitors associates, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, manages receiving, shipping, returns, order filling, and controlled substances documentation.

• Supervises receipt, verification, and shipment of products, maintaining accurate records.
• Ensures quality packing and timely delivery, resolving delivery or order issues.
• Tracks attendance, manages performance, and oversees overtime and physical inventories.
• Supports continuous process improvement and safety adherence.
  
  

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; minimum two years of related, progressively responsible warehouse experience.

• Effective communication, decision-making, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety protocols, DEA regulations, and basic computer skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Physical ability to operate equipment like reach trucks and willingness to work extended hours, including weekends if needed.
