- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, control expenses, and optimize inventory levels.
- Ensure merchandise presentation, pricing, and signage meet company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory and cash handling procedures, ensuring store security and accountability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Complete administrative tasks and ensure employee adherence to policies and procedures.
- Ability to interpret safety, operating, and procedural documents; perform basic math and cash handling.
- Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in retail management and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
