Automotive Service Advisor

Role: The Sales and Service Advisor promotes and sells products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and accurate documentation.

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, both in person and by phone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns, inspecting vehicles and referencing service history to identify needs.
• Recommend appropriate services, clearly communicate additional suggestions, and document all recommendations.
• Provide accurate quotes, update customers on service progress, and explain warranties during checkout.
• Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction and track returns, warranty parts, and core exchanges.
• Adhere to company policies, promote sales, and demonstrate behaviors aligned with company standards.
  
  

Qualifications: Valid driver’s license, at least 18 years old, high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience is helpful but not required. Must present professionally and work in a process-driven environment, with availability to work Monday through Saturday.

Skills & Conditions: Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 70 pounds, and communicate effectively. Must work safely in environments with noise, fumes, and varying temperatures, using PPE as needed. Reasonable accommodations will be provided for disabilities.
