Role: Retail Sale Associate responsible for ensuring smooth store operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Duties: Use proper selling techniques and product knowledge to assist customers, educate them on product features, solve inquiries, and transact sales through suggestive selling.
Correctly measure and fit customers, inform them of promotions, maintain a neat and organized sales floor, ensure proper labeling, and monitor product security.
Follow safety procedures and report incidents promptly.
Qualifications & Skills: Must be 18 , excellent customer service and verbal communication skills, team-oriented, familiar with cash registers, able to perform basic math, and physically capable of lifting weights, standing, kneeling, and climbing.
Retail Experience Is Preferred But Not Mandatory.
