Part Time - Deli/Bakery Associate

Role Overview: This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli and bakery products to contribute to store profitability and customer satisfaction. It ensures compliance with safety, food safety, and guest experience standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and label bakery and deli items according to plans and merchandising expectations.
• Stock backroom with fresh products, rotating and dating items appropriately.
• Collaborate with other departments and stores to support retail growth.
• Notify management of supply needs and follow safety, cleanliness, and guest service guidelines.
• Assist with tasks in other departments as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret documents, and perform basic math.
• Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.
  
  

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform bending, stooping, and twisting. Must work in varied temperatures and environments.
