Role: Manufacturing Test Engineer II (Software) responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing automated production test systems for space technology products.
Key Responsibilities: Develops scalable test software and Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs), creates Python-based automation interfacing with hardware, investigates and resolves test failures, analyzes production metrics to improve yield and efficiency, supports new product integration, and maintains automated test systems. Collaborates across engineering and manufacturing teams, communicates technical results, and drives continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in related field, 3 years in software automation or test systems, strong Python skills, experience with Linux, SQL, and troubleshooting software/hardware issues. Knowledge of C/C or JavaScript is a plus. Excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to obtain security clearance.
