- Managing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Leading, coaching, and developing team members through effective communication and performance evaluations.
- Controlling expenses, analyzing business trends, and implementing strategies to meet sales and profit targets.
- Recruiting, hiring, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining facilities, equipment, and inventory, including timely return of unused parts.
- At least two years of management experience or relevant automotive industry background.
- Proven ability to develop plans, meet sales goals, and lead teams effectively.
- Preferred experience as an automotive technician; valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to obtain or hold a State Inspector License within 30 days of hire.
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to work a minimum of five days, including weekends.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Exposure to moderate to loud noises, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks necessary for store operations.
