Part-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview: This position functions as a Cashier and/or Stocker, with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. The role involves maintaining merchandise displays, stocking, and assisting with plan-o-gram implementation to ensure a well-organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload trucks, receive, open, and unpack cartons following store procedures.
• Stock merchandise, rotate, face shelves, and build displays.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise and provide exemplary customer service.
• Operate cash register, collect payments, make change, and bag purchases.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including dusting, mopping floors, and cleaning restrooms and stockrooms.
• Assist with store setup, including sidewalk displays, and maintain a clean, safe shopping environment.
• Support store operations by opening/closing the store, authorizing refunds, managing cash levels, and monitoring security cameras.
• Handle paperwork, banking deposits, and ensure adherence to security and cash control policies.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to operate cash registers, basic merchandising knowledge, and attention to store cleanliness and safety. Leadership ability in managing store functions and supporting team efforts is essential.
