Full-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview: Serve as a Cashier and/or Stocker with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Assist in maintaining plan-o-grams, organizing merchandise, and ensuring store presentation aligns with company standards. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and operating the cash register efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload trucks, receive, open, and unpack cartons and totes following store procedures.
• Stock, rotate, face merchandise, and build displays; restock returned or recovered items.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining plan-o-grams and merchandise organization.
• Help customers locate products and provide friendly service.
• Operate cash register, process transactions, collect payments, and bag merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness by dusting, mopping, taking out trash, and cleaning restrooms and stockrooms.
• Assist with store setup, signage, and maintaining a safe, organized environment.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and security practices, including cash handling and key control.
• In the absence of managerial staff, authorize refunds, oversee cash accountability, monitor security cameras, and complete necessary documentation.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to operate a cash register, attention to detail in stock organization, and adherence to security and cash control procedures. Leadership capabilities to manage store operations when required.
