- Unload trucks, receive, open, and unpack merchandise following store procedures.
- Stock, rotate, face merchandise, and assist with display setup.
- Assist in maintaining plan-o-grams and executing merchandising programs.
- Help customers locate products and provide exemplary customer service.
- Operate cash register, handle transactions, and assist with register maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including floors, restroom, and stockroom.
- Assist with opening and closing the store, including cash management, bank deposits, and security practices.
- Authorize refunds and overrides, monitor cash levels, and oversee cashier accountability in the absence of management.
- Monitor store environment for safety and security, including camera surveillance if applicable.
- Ability to perform stock, cashier, and cleaning duties effectively.
- Strong customer service skills.
