Role Overview: The Licensed Electrician I handles electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance in commercial and industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze blueprints, install and maintain electrical systems adhering to NEC standards, layout conduit and lighting systems, install motor feeders, and provide technical guidance to team members. Participate in safety audits, toolbox talks, and mentor apprentices. Maintain compliance with licensing, safety, and training requirements, and ensure job site cleanliness and safety.
Qualifications & Skills: Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours). Strong understanding of electrical systems, blueprint analysis, and safety protocols. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Duties: Provide technical assistance, participate in safety and mentoring programs, and perform other related tasks as assigned.
Note: Travel may be 60-75%, and work hours vary based on customer needs, including potential nights, weekends, and holidays.
