What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaper/Groundskeeper position at Rosewood Farms?
Rosewood Farms Wedding and Events Center is seeking a Handyman general maintenance operator for the spring time. Candidate must be a well driven, organized, can take direction and run with it, as well as be dependable.
The job description will include, but not limited to, painting, keeping up with the grounds(flower beds, trimming trees, mulching, general landscaping, and maybe some hardscaping. Other duties will include carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing, basic troubleshooting, and general repair of basic wear and tear on devices and equipment on the property.
It is a plus if you are able to operate a tractor, bush hog, skid steer, but must have general knowledge on how to use all of your basic power tools. Also required to have the ability to service all of our equipment, including mowers, Mahindra tractor, Kubota side by side. Must be neat and orderly and know how to clean up the mess you made once the day is done. Must have a positive attitude and, very importantly, be respectful. Please only serious inquiries.
