Position Overview:
As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintaining and improving the appearance of our client's properties. You will use both hand tools and zero-turn mowers as well as other equipment to complete these tasks efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mow lawns using zero-turn mowers, push mowers, etc ensuring clean and even results.
- Assist with lawn renovations, including aeration, seeding.
- Install and maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Perform seasonal cleanups, including leaf removal and debris clearing.
- Use hand tools, such as trimmers, blowers, and shovels, to complete tasks.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any issues.
- Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness at all job sites.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscaping, including working with zero-turn mowers and hand tools.
- Knowledge of lawn care, hardscaping, and general landscape maintenance.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and ability to take lead on projects as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with hardscaping installations (pavers, retaining walls, etc.).
- Experience in lawn renovation practices, such as aeration and overseeding.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on landscaping equipment.
- Compensation:
