We’re seeking a collaborative instructional leader who enjoys coaching adult learners, using data to drive decisions, and supporting continuous improvement in instruction and student outcomes. Responsibilities include analyzing academic, attendance, and behavior data; supporting teachers and teams; leading intervention efforts; and strengthening systems for student support. This LCAP-funded role will focus on improving outcomes for unduplicated students and includes building systems, facilitating data-informed practices, and contributing to a campus-wide culture of growth.
