Requirements / Qualifications
Current CPR/AED Certification, First Aid Card, Coaching Certificate, Concussion Certificate, Sudden Cardiac Arrest Certificate and knowledge of adolescent psychology required. Valid TB test, Fingerprint clearance, Keenan course completions, and all other RJUHSD mandated certificates. All coach clearance certifications and requirements as stated on the RJUHSD website. Please note: First Aid and CPR/AED must be hand's on training course, we do not accept on-line courses.

This position will be required to manage and lead the day to day operations of our girls volleyball program. This includes, but is not limited to: coaching/development of volleyball assistant coaches and athletes at all three levels, booster oversight, fundraising, season long practice scope and sequence, and game scheduling/competition oversight. Candidates coaching style and philosophy must be aligned with the InsideOut Coaching Initiative and the RJUHSD Purpose-Based Coaching philosophy.
