Requirements / Qualifications
Current CPR/AED Certification, First Aid Card, Coaching Certificate, Concussion Certificate, Sudden Cardiac Arrest Certificate and knowledge of adolescent psychology required. Valid TB test, Fingerprint clearance, Keenan course completions, and all other RJUHSD mandated certificates. All coach clearance certifications and requirements as stated on the RJUHSD website. Please note: First Aid and CPR/AED must be hand's on training course, we do not accept on-line courses.

This position will be required to support the program vision of the Varsity Head Coach while assisting in coaching the freshmen team. Candidates coaching style and philosophy must be aligned with the InsideOut Coaching Inititiative and the RJUHSD Purpose-Based Coaching philosophy.
