Purchasing Specialist
Pay: Starting at $65,000 per year
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

At Roses Southwest Papers, we're looking for a Purchasing Specialist to support our manufacturing operation by ensuring materials, supplies, and services are purchased efficiently and delivered on time. If you enjoy negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and helping keep operations running smoothly, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Purchasing raw materials.
- Creating and tracking purchase orders.
- Communicating with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and deliveries.
- Building and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
- Monitoring inventory levels and helping ensure adequate stock is available to meet production needs.
- Researching new suppliers and obtaining competitive quotes.
- Working closely with production, warehouse, and accounting teams to support daily operations.
- Maintaining accurate purchasing records and documentation.

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
