Key Responsibilities
· Manage all aspects of commercial collections and commercial litigation from inception through trial and appeal.
· Manage a caseload of commercial claims and litigation files matter.
· Draft, review, and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses and settlement agreements,
· Conduct legal research and analysis using tools like Westlaw to support case strategy.
· Represent clients in court, hearings, mediations, and depositions.
· Advise clients on legal strategies, risk management, and potential outcomes of collection of commercial litigation actions.
· Assist in other real estate transactional matters.
· Assist in drafting of Buy-Sell agreements for the sale of businesses.
· Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and judicial staff.
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
