Summary:
The Guest Relations Supervisor at Rosen Hotels & Resorts leads and directs the Guest Relations Department to benefit the entire operation. They work with the Guest Relations Manager in managing third-party vendors on the property. They are responsible for directing and administering the phone operations in the hotel, communicate guest issues to other departments, handle all employee relations, including hiring and disciplining associates according to Company Standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the Guest Relations Department, ensuring efficient and superior service to guests based on Company Standards.
- Collaborate with the Resident Manager to manage third-party vendors on the property.
- Direct and administer phone operations, ensuring seamless communication with guests.
- Communicate guest issues to other departments, facilitating timely resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Handle all employee relations, including hiring and disciplining associates, based on Company Standards.
- Talk, hear, and sit for extended periods while managing Guest Relations operations.
- Comply with the company’s drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
Prior experience in a supervisory/leadership position is a plus.
- Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
