Duties
- Design and assemble innovative floral arrangements tailored to customer specifications and seasonal themes
- Wedding Design experience is very important
- Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related accessories to meet their needs and preferences
- Maintain the floral display area, ensuring it is organized, attractive, and well-stocked with fresh flowers and supplies
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and inventory management
- Support merchandising efforts by arranging flowers and plants to maximize visual appeal and sales potential
- Manage stock levels through efficient stocking and inventory control practices
Experience
- Proven experience in floral design in a professional setting
- Familiarity with POS systems, retail math, cashiering, and retail sales processes
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customers
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience with a focus on building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to perform outdoor work safely while maintaining attention to detail in floral arrangement and plant care tasks
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
