Part-Time Floral Designer
We are seeking a creative, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior floral design experience, enjoys working with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design fresh floral arrangements for everyday occasions, weddings, funerals, and special events.
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
- Assist customers with floral selections, orders, and inquiries.
- Process and care for fresh flowers to ensure quality and longevity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive work area.
- Assist with shop opening and closing duties as needed.
- Help prepare and deliver floral arrangements for weddings and events.
- Travel to wedding and event venues for on-site setup and floral installations when needed.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent service and high-quality floral designs.
- Qualifications:
- Previous floral design experience is required***
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift buckets of flowers and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Flexible availability, including some weekends and holidays, especially during busy floral seasons and wedding events.
