Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
- Experience: 5 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, or Product Operations, preferably within the FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services industries
- Partner Management: Proven track record of managing third-party vendor or bank partner relationships, including SLA monitoring and performance accountability
- Banking & Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking regulations and operational requirements, specifically regarding KYC (Know Your Customer), KYB (Know Your Business), and CIP (Customer Identification Program) workflows
- Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps, design efficiency improvements, and execute operational changes that reduce friction for customers and internal teams
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Exceptional ability to influence without authority, driving alignment across Engineering, Product, Legal, Risk, and Customer Care teams
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in analyzing operational data to identify trends (such as support transfer rates or account lock times) and using that data to drive strategic improvements
- Incident & Risk Management: Experience managing operational incidents and effectively communicating status, impact, and resolution paths to executive stakeholders
- Tool Proficiency: Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and basic data visualization tools
- Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical or regulatory concepts into clear, actionable business updates
- You will be responsible for overseeing data integrity and system synchronization between QuickBooks and partner platforms to ensure seamless technical performance
