Responsibilities
PDP Data & Salesforce Execution
- Execute day-to-day PDP data updates in Salesforce for international partner sites
- Build, update, and deliver product data for floorsets, special collections, and launches
- Maintain product and asset trackers to support on-time partner delivery
- Proactively identify missing data or assets and drive resolution with internal teams
- Manage partner data requests and confirm completion clearly and proactively
- Build and maintain digital site plans covering homepage content, PLPs, features, and campaigns
- Deliver clear, well-organized site plans aligned with brand and merchandising direction
- Track changes to ensure all planned content is delivered accurately and on time
- Support new launches and site updates by tracking data, content, and asset readiness
- Provide regular status updates and surface risks with suggested next steps
- Adapt priorities as launch plans and business needs evolve
- Deliver accurate, thoughtful work with strong attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and proactively around status, timelines, and risks
- Stay organized across Salesforce, trackers, and site plans
- Work independently within established processes while flagging issues early
- Collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners
