Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing, channel marketing, retail marketing, program management, marketing communications, or related disciplines.
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, consumer retail, or another client-focused retail industry.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. Hispanic consumer market, including cultural insights, consumer behaviors, and factors that influence engagement and marketing effectiveness.
- Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) with the ability to support the development, review, and execution of Spanish-language marketing initiatives, communications, and customer-facing materials.
- Proven ability to manage complex marketing projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization and influence outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
