The Rose Bowl Aquatics Center is looking for positive, dedicated individuals to join our front desk customer service staff. Positions available are part-time with a flexible availability, weekends are required. This is an entry level position.
Front Desk Customer Service responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers in person and over the phone with registration.
- Assessing customer needs and providing accurate information accordingly.
- Maintaining and balancing register drawer, including cash, check and credit card transactions.
- Guest check in.
Rate: DOE $18.04 - $19
